Leigh Smiley

As a lifelong resident of Liberty County Georgia, Leigh Smiley has not only grown up there, she has raised her family there. Leigh is an experienced Real Estate Broker, City Councilwoman for the City of Flemington and a Rotarian. Driven by the Rotarian motto, “Service Above Self”, she takes pride in enhancing the lives of others. As a Real Estate Broker, mother, wife, and civic leader, her goals include, ensuring the needs of her family, Realtors, staff, and community are met while setting the standard for such both personally and professionally. In addition to her primary job functions, Leigh has been recognized by the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce for her extraordinary business record based on ethical conduct, corporate responsibility, public service, contributions to the preservation of Liberty County, and a commitment to creating a positive business climate to improve Liberty County’s local economy. With this recognition, Leigh was awarded the 2021 Business Leader of the Year.

Leigh’s passion for serving people and her community can be traced back to the beginning of her real estate career, where she spent a significant amount of time building her business, joining civic organizations, and enhancing her leadership skills. As a Real Estate Broker, she specializes in residential, commercial, and multifamily real estate, as well as property management and leasing.

Since 2009, Leigh has worked in the real estate industry, gaining experience in all facets of real estate and property management. As a seasoned Broker, she is passionate about advancing the skills and businesses of her Realtors, their teams and her staff. In addition to real estate, she is also involved in the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce as a Board member, the Rotary Club of Hinesville (previous Board Member), the Hinesville Area Board of Realtors (previous Director), Association of the United States Army, and Coastal Georgia Military Affairs Coalition. She is currently serving in her 2nd term as City Councilwoman for the City of Flemington.

Outside of the office, Leigh enjoys spending time with family, friends and traveling. Based in Hinesville, Georgia, Leigh is best known for her contributions to her community through her initiative and civic responsiveness as well as a person of impeccable character, honesty, integrity, passion, and success. When she isn’t busy running the day to day operations at Coldwell Banker Southern Coast and Southern Coast Properties, you can find her with her family or friends living her best life.
