My name is Marilyn Knowles, I am a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Southern Coast. I’m also a mother of 3, 2 daughters and a son, a wife and a fur mom. I am originally from Effingham County where I spent most of my childhood and graduated high school in 1996.  I moved to Midway in 2012 and I fell in love with the beauty of the area. I am proud to call it my home. I have been in Real Estate since 2014 working behind the scenes with some of those years spent in Property Management. Prior to Real Estate I worked in the medical field for 19+ years. Couple that with my time in Property Management and you will see that I am good under pressure, I realize the importance of timeliness, outstanding communication and nurturing of your needs.  My goal is to make your listing or purchasing process as stress free as possible.  I look forward to helping you!
