Payton Tatum
My name is Payton Tatum, a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Southern Coast and a member of SL Realty Group. I grew up in Effingham County, with parents in the real estate and mortgage industry.
My husband, Will, was born and grew up in Tattnall County, which is where we’ve planted our family’s roots. We have a daughter, Kennedy, and a dog, Duke. When I am not spending time with my family, I enjoy everything home-related, including decorating, cleaning, yard design and simply looking at all the options out there!
Prior to obtaining my real estate license, I taught middle grades math. My desire to spend more time with my daughter, as well as my love for houses and serving others, has led me to the real estate industry.
